These little loops screw securely onto any luer lock style needle hub. They screw on secure and tight.This style was designed for Holding regular Birthday candles. No need to cut and shape the candles to fit into the hubs, Just slide the Candle into th top of the holder and you have a great way to hold candle nad wait for someone to make a wish and blow out the candles.
