Unfortunately, no. Our workshop is not zoned or insured for physical retail and so cannot do on-site customer pickup. If you need candles right away, you may want to try one of our retailers. Or if you can order online and we will get them sent out as soon as possible.

Your payment is collected when you place your order.

Our Candles are small-batch artisan made and We do have many candles ready in stock. Once payment is cleared then your order will be processed, packed and shipped, excluding weekends and holidays (we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and observed holidays and no production occurs on these days).

Express shipping is available for some orders. If you require your candles on a specific timeline, please contact us to discuss your available options prior to ordering.

We can ship your order to all of Canada and the USA. Receiver will be responsible for any customs and duties.

Yes, your package will never say the contents and on a customs form, it will only be marked as Candles. All packages are sent in plain brown boxes or mailer boxes with the return address marked as “Bent or Naked Octopus”.
