When will my order be billed/shipped?
Your payment is collected when you place your order.
Our Candles are small-batch artisan made and We do have many candles ready in stock. Once payment is cleared then your order will be processed, packed and shipped, excluding weekends and holidays (we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and observed holidays and no production occurs on these days).
Express shipping is available for some orders. If you require your candles on a specific timeline, please contact us to discuss your available options prior to ordering.
Do you accept international orders?
We can ship your order to all of Canada and the USA. Receiver will be responsible for any customs and duties.
