ORDER PROCESSING

We usually process orders within 48 business hours. Once your package has been processed, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be automatically sent to you.

PICKUP AT BENT KINGSTON

You can pick up your order at Bent free of charge Kingston only. Select this option at the order confirmation stage, and you will be notified when your order is ready. 

SHIPPING - Canada

The delivery time will depend on your postal code, the chosen service, and the carrier's service status at the time of shipping.

As a reference, deliveries to major cities in Quebec and eastern Ontario usually take 24-48 business hours.

Deliveries to other regions in Canada may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery postal code and service status.

Most of our packages are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, and DHL.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, and the delivery times displayed at the order confirmation refer to the package's transit time and do not account for the order processing time.

SHIPPING - International

We ship orders internationally via major carriers. If no shipping options are displayed at checkout, please contact our team at info@letsgetbent.com.

International orders are processed within 48 business hours.

Deliveries outside of Canada may take 3 to 14 business days, depending on the delivery address and customs clearance process.

Please note that additional customs clearance fees and VAT may be required by the carrier and are independent of the shipping costs.
